4th Street Medical is the first dual board-certified, physician-led precision medicine practice in Miami Beach, where the art of medicine meets the science of health optimization.
We anchor our work in preventing the four leading causes of chronic disease and mortality: cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, metabolic, and neoplastic. Within this framework, we place a particular focus on the science of aging, leveraging data-driven therapeutics to slow biological age, enhance cognition, optimize performance, and refine body composition with clinical precision.
We believe the future of medicine lies in prevention, not repair. Our mission is to shift care from reactive “sick care” to proactive health optimization by identifying risks early, intervening with precision, and extending both lifespan and healthspan. Personalized prevention, guided by cutting-edge science, is the foundation for changing health outcomes at every level.
Aging, in our view, is not decline, it is a process to be understood, measured, and reshaped. Through cellular and hormone optimization, advanced therapeutics, and integrated lifestyle strategies, we help our patients sustain resilience, clarity, and balance across the years.
Every journey at 4th Street Medical is bespoke. From your first assessment to your precision health pathway, our team of physicians and specialists curate an experience that is as innovative as it is transformative.

I started 4th Street Medical because I believe we deserve more than reactive healthcare. We deserve a system that helps us stay well, not just get treated when we’re sick. My mother was the founder of 4th Street Bodyworks — a passionate entrepreneur and community leader who inspired others through movement, vitality, and nutrition. When she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s at 58, it came out of nowhere. Over the next 14 years, I watched her slowly decline. Only later did we learn she carried the APOE
4/4 gene and that her two sisters, also gene carriers, would face the same diagnosis. But one sister, whomade major lifestyle changes, has maintained her cognitive health well into her 70s.
